I bootstrapped everything. Never with grants or investors. I created 40+ digital projects since I was 15. 36 of them went badly. I founded Neolo (2002, hosting), Incremente (2005, SEO and SEM agency), Pulsión Digital (2018, online school). I built communities (LCU, Tech en Europa) and made really good friends. In 2014 I introduced remote work for everyone, and in 2020 a 4-day work week with no time tracking. It works: we are all happier. In 2020 I became a father, my priorities fell into place, I delegated everything to the team in Latam and in 2021 I moved to Spain.
